The After School Action Program (ASAP) provides middle school youth with safe after school alternatives that promote responsibility and healthy decisions. A variety of activities are offered that challenge students both mentally and physically to reach their goals. All GISD middle school 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students are encouraged to register. A parent or legal guardian must register his/her student(s) in person at his/her school. Class sizes are limited so early registration is recommended. Programs offered through ASAP include activities such as tutoring, drama, photography, dance, martial arts, club time, and outdoor recreation. ASAP is a partnership program of Georgetown ISD, The Georgetown Project, and Georgetown Parks and Recreation.
